The Spokesman of Iraqi High Electoral Commission declared that, the polling stations has closed at 5 p.m. across Iraq; accept the polling stations which its votes didn’t gave their votes in the legal time before 5 p.m.
Spokesman of Iraqi High Electoral Commission (IHEC) (Qassim Abudi) announced that, the commission has decided to extend the time of voting in the polling stations, which the voters hasn’t been able to give their votes before 5 p.m., in order the all voters would be able to give their votes.
He demonstrated that, the polling stations have closed at 5 p.m., some of them despite to their doors have kept closed but the voters have been able which they stayed inside polling stations to give their votes even after 5 p.m., meanwhile the process of counting and sorting began.
